Sarah began her career in the music industry when she joined the promotion division of Aksara Records (2007-2009). For two years, she was responsible for the album promotion of several famous Indonesian indie bands like: The Brandals (Brandalism), White Shoes & The Couples Company (Skenario Masa Muda), SORE (Ports of Lima), and Efek Rumah Kaca (Kamar Gelap). This experiences has led her and her husband, Mondo Gascaro (music producer, film score composer) to establish Ivy League Music in 2011. The indie sensation Payung Teduh is one of her success story with Ivy League Music.
