Nick Sayers is an artist, sculptor and graphic designer from Brighton & Hove, England. He makes sculptures, interactive installations, shelters and lighting from a variety of recycled, reused and repurposed materials. His work playfully explores the creative potential of recycling and the poetry of mathematics. By transforming everyday materials into beautiful geometrical shapes, he aims to demonstrate the magic of maths in a way that is real, accessible and fun.
Nick Sayers' recent international exhibitions have included Abu Dhabi Science Festival (UAE), Tashkent Art Biennale (Uzbekistan), Bridges Maths-Art (Netherlands), From Waste To Art (Azerbaijan), and Hunters & Gatherers (USA). He has produced public art sculpture commissions, delivered educational workshops, and given talks on mathematical art at schools and universities.
