Michelle is a luminary in the advertising industry, having worked for clients including Motorola, Altoids, Unilever, Starbucks, adidas, and Allstate before joining the Peter Mayer team a year ago to lead the strategy disciplines. Her global strategic work on Dove yielded the Dove Campaign for Real Beauty, which was recently named the top ad campaign of the 21st century in AdAge. She has led strategic planning at agencies like Ogilvy Chicago and Leo Burnett. She frequently speaks at universities and industry events about advertising, and has edited two books on the Baby Boomer generation. She holds a BS, MPH, and MBA, all from Northwestern University.
