Mark Turdo

Mark Turdo has been drinking and researching (sometimes simultaneously) cider for over twenty years. Starting in October 2012 he began making cider at home. In 2013 he created the Pommel Cyder blog where he shares his cider-making experiments and cider history research. Since 2014 he's been the guest ciderist for the newly-established Blackledge Winery in Center Valley, PA.

When not cidering he can be found curating at the Peter Wentz Farmstead historic site outside of Lansdale, PA, fencing foil, and wondering where the time goes.
