Katerina Grigoropoulou

Architect in Athens Greece

Katerina Grigoropoulou is an Architect with a master degree in Interior Design (London Metropolitan University). After returning in Athens 4 years ago, she has been working on projects that diverge less or more from the “strict” architectural design, varying in scale and creative approach.
Dealer and curator of the digital, inspiration “storage space” Titled: Untitled, member of the Imaginethecity project team, and co-founder of the new “auspicious” design project A Future Perfect, she doesn’t believe in childhood superheroes, but in the heroes next-door, who, through inspiration, cooperation and love for what they do, might not achieve the perfect, but, without a doubt, a better future.

Next Door Heroes

@ VOL 4 ON SEP 20, 2013

Katerina Grigoropoulou is an architect with postgraduate studies in Interior Design in London. When she was a little girl she wanted to become a space hairdresser, a career that, nowadays, seems more promising than the one in architecture. She explains how her ongoing projects, entitled "A Future Perfect", "Titled:Untitled" and "Imagine the City" allow her to feel a little hero in her life and hope for better days to come.
