Chef, Ecco La Cucina
Gina Stipo is an Italian American chef who lived and worked in Italy for 13 years and recently relocated to Louisville. Gina loves to share her passion for regional Italian food and wine and also writes a blog about food and her experiences in Italy under the title “At the Italian Table”. Through her company Ecco La Cucina, she teaches Italian regional cuisine with cooking classes, culinary tours and wine education for international visitors to Tuscany. In Louisville she teaches classes and hosts private dinner events. Gina has been a member of Slow Food since 1999.
