Managing Director, iMentor
I have spent my entire nonprofit career working to advance causes related to youth, education and social justice. I have sat at every seat around the nonprofit table including program director, director, president, volunteer and board member. Trained as a lawyer, I am also a creative who loves to write, paint, make and photograph random things, teach yoga and the occasional Afro-Cuban dance workshop. When I’m not doing that, you can find me somewhere listening to live music, especially jazz.
I love giving back to the community and am excited to be VP of the Moving in the Spirit Board of Directors as we prepare to launch our capital campaign for our new building. I am also on the Board of Advisors of the Atlanta Speech School and served on the Governor’s Arts Learning Taskforce. I am a graduate of the 2011 class of Arts Leaders of Metro Atlanta and a very proud graduate of Leadership Atlanta, class of 2014.
I earned my Bachelor of Arts from Cornell University before attending Northwestern University School of Law, where I received my Juris Doctor degree.
I live in Grant Park with my dog, Luna, where I bought the first house I looked at in 2007 and it's still perfect!
