After an 11-year apprenticeship, Brian Tallarico opened Tallarico's Chocolates in Bethlehem in November 2004. Ten years later, he opened a second location in historic downtown Easton. He combines the best of his artistic abilities and life experiences to create an amazing chocolate shop. Growing up in family kitchens in Tuscany and sweeping floors in his grandfather’s and uncle’s shops taught Brian the value of good food, family and community, and entrepreneurship. Brian puts his creative stamp on traditional methods of chocolate making, producing a distinctive and varied palette of flavors and textures. He and his wife Debb are raising their three children in the Lehigh Valley, where he also loves to build cigar-box guitars.

Like most kids, Brian Tallarico was passionate about chocolates while he was growing up. But unlike most kids, he went on to open a chocolate shop—but only after receiving a fine arts degree. This year, he celebrated ten years of chocolate making and opened a new shop in Easton.
