Anastasia Byler has worked as a Human Resources manager, a director of vocational services programs for individuals with disabilities, and an editor of psychology research for 14 years. She has been practicing meditation and mindfulness, and studying Eastern philosophy, since her childhood. She is also an artist and budding musician, and leads groups of other artists and musicians in creative unblocking exercises through workshops at Lowe Mill. Anastasia is a certified Life Coach, and aspires to build a business to eventually serve as a career coach, spiritual coach, creative arts coach, and singles coach. She has dreams to make coaching affordable and accessible to all.
