Justin Sight is a unique magician known for performing on the streets and subways of NYC. He was diagnosed legally blind at age 10. He talks about Magic from a spiritual perspective drawn from his involvement with the worlds mystery schools and scientific research that point to the essence of what we Truly Are.

Sha Hwang takes us through the history of .gifs, and their use in society, as an emotive vocabulary for current events, sports, and every day life.

Sha is an information designer and technologist based mostly in Brooklyn. A failed architect and an accidental entrepreneur, Sha has designed and built work for clients such as the New York Times, MTV, Flickr, and Adobe. Previously, Sha worked at Stamen Design and later cofounded the company Movity, which was acquired by Trulia. Sha spends his nights trawling Tumblr and printing gifs as Gifpop and his days working with Nava to improve healthcare.gov and other parts of government.

Namita Azad is a freelance photographer specializing in wedding and travel photography. Her presentation explains how each photograph is a story caught in time and how she makes sure they become beautiful memories.

Samuel Lang Budin is a social documentary photographer living in Brooklyn and working primarily in the depressive realist mode. He makes 35mm and medium format slide shows about climate change anxiety, aging and death, naked people in their own homes, the personal discomforts of travel, and the encroaching sea. Just you wait!

Jemima Willcox provides some really simple tricks and tips on when taking a great image of yourself. She goes through a journey of awful stock photography of people getting their images dreadfully wrong and how you can avoid these mistakes. It’s all to do with the right angle, the perfect lighting and finding your best side. With over 282 million selfies out there Jemima doesn’t want you to be the person who looks bad when there’s some easy solutions to follow for a great photo every time.

It is no easy take to create art, to somehow materialize and express the thoughts in your head. Creating art expressing the thoughts in someone ELSE's head is something else entirely. Elma Giavases' early life and subsequent travels around the globe have given her a unique perspective on design and branding, and she now brings that expertise to the Kalispell community as a graphic designer with Highline Design.
