With themes of energy efficiency and use of natural and locally sourced materials. He has worked in many techniques including timber frame, oak post and beam, ICF, SIPS, hemp lime and straw bale. Mostly for domestic construction projects extending into hut designs for the movement that is reviving hut culture in Scotland.
