Since We Saw You Last Year

BY JULIA GOURLEY
@ VOL 12 ON APR 19, 2018

Julia Gourley grew up in a picture-perfect rural Indiana household with her Mom, Dad, brother and a menagerie of pets. Following a midwestern college tour, with multi-year stops in Kansas and Ohio, Julia landed in SJ/BH, Michigan on her birthday in 2005 to begin work at the Krasl Art Center. Life took some wild turns when she ended up being a single mom to then 5 year old Isaac while simultaneously assuming the role of executive director of the Krasl Art Center. An incredible network of friends and family helped keep life afloat during a rather turbulent time. Then a few years later, a girl's night out led Julia to meet Duane Donohue, who continues to seem too good to be true... this PK is the story... of what they've been up to "Since We Saw You Last Year".
