This presentation was recorded at PechaKucha Night Vol. 109, and then performed again at Tokyo Designers Week 2014's PechaKucha Night Vol. 118. It was selected as "Presentation of the Day" on December 31, 2013.

Lari Lawrence-Gist is the Director of Dance at the Citadel Dance & Music Center. She moved to the area from New York City in 2004. Lari is a choreographer whose work includes concert pieces, full length musicals, as well as full length ballets. She has worked with many different companies, schools, and organizations, but the majority of her work is now staged with the Citadel Dance Company. In 2015, Lari created “A Steamed Nutcracker” for the Benton Harbor community, and it is staged annually at the Mendel Center.
