Kyle Kutuchief shares on reimagining the Civic Commons in Akron. Kutuchief is the Program Director in Akron for Knight Foundation. He previously worked in development for the Austen BioInnovation Institute, Collaborent Group and the University of Akron. In 2014 Kutuchief served as President of Torchbearers, a young professionals organization focused on leadership development, community service, and talent attraction and retention. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Ohio State University and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Akron.

During the presentation, Greg explain that year through the lens of a seven-year old (his age at the time) and how he came to understand the world in much more complicated terms, rather than black and white, good and bad, right and wrong. Many events that shaped Greg into the person he is today occurred during this year, including Darth Vader's defeat of the rebels, the constant appearing of the Ayatollah Khomeini on my television, JR Ewing's getting shot by someone, the death of John Lennon, and the death of my uncle, which his father was later found to be responsible for.
