He previously worked in development for the Austen BioInnovation Institute, Collaborent Group and the University of Akron. In 2014 Kutuchief served as President of Torchbearers, a young professionals organization focused on leadership development, community service, and talent attraction and retention. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Ohio State University and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Akron.
