Chris Heine is AIA Detroit's Committee on the Environment Co-Chair as well as Co-Chair of the Committee on the Environment, Chris is an architect and planner for SmithGroup where he has brought his passion for sustainable design to the community for more than 10 years.

He shares his latest project he and his team have been working on, Midtown Eco Homes. A collaboration with Midtown Detroit, Inc., the Midtown Eco Homes bring resiliency to the Detroit community with responsible and economically smart design.
