Eric Atwood was a severe introvert while growing up. He was shy and quiet like so many folks out there, but he experienced a change when traveling in New Zealand and finding Speaking Circles. He discovered new ideas and ways of establishing genuine connection with others, and he did this through training in speaking, but more importantly in listening.
