Eric Atwood was a severe introvert while growing up. He was shy and quiet like so many folks out there, but he experienced a change when traveling in New Zealand and finding Speaking Circles. He discovered new ideas and ways of establishing genuine connection with others, and he did this through training in speaking, but more importantly in listening. Tune in and hear Eric talk of his various discovers on his journey to better listening.

Douglas Kruger is a full-time professional speaker on the business circuit, and the author of six books published by Penguin, one of which is titled ‘How to Make Your Point Without PowerPoint.’ He has earned the prestigious ‘Certified Speaking Professional’ designation from the National Speakers Association in America, and our own local Speakers Association has inducted him into its ’Speaker Hall of Fame.' Douglas Kruger, the only person ever to have won the Southern African Championships for Public Speaking, hosted by Toastmasters, a record five times.
