The Healing Power of Visualization

Although Lou Blinn used visualization throughout her life, her journey with it turned profound in January of 2016 when she was diagnosed with breast cancer. Up to that point, Lou had used visualization primarily for finding peace in the midst of everyday life and had actually gotten pretty good at it!  But in the face of breast cancer it and every other tool in her toolbox completely stopped working. At that time, visualization through sheng zhen became a lifeline for her, literally, in the midst of her trauma ... it provided the path back to peace which for her is God.
