It's a Squirrelly World

PRESENTED ON SEP 06, 2018
IN WINNIPEG @ VOL 35

Debbie Vokey is a photographer who took the PechaKucha Night Winnipeg stage to talk about her latest project, "It's a Squirrelly World", a series of portraits of her small, furry friends: squirrels. For this project, she sets up tiny dioramas of human-like environments and waits for her backyard squirrel pals to come to interact with the scenes. Take a look at these surreal photos that Debbie made and listen as she answers some of the questions she gets about her project.

Debbie's talk was recorded live at PechaKucha Night Winnipeg Vol. 35, on September 6, 2018, at the Park Theatre.
