Angela Behrends is a mixed-media sculptor and installation artist. Her artwork focuses on materials and subjects from the natural world, insisting that people are a part of Nature, and would do better to respect it and learn from it, rather than trying to dominate it.
Behrends earned her MFA in Sculpture from the University of Nebraska Lincoln in 2002, and her BA at the University of Minnesota Morris in 1995. She teaches foundation art and design at Dakota State University and resides in Madison, SD

When John Burgess saw a ranty social media post from his friend Ade on the topic of 'Money Creation' he couldn't resist clicking and finding out more. He was incredulous at what he discovered. It got him thinking about the purpose of money in our society, who should be allowed to create it and how that created money could be spent to benefit us all.

When Charlotte Steggall talks to young people about the schools programme Take Your Place, helping young people with little or no experience of university explore the world of higher education, the topic that always comes up is money. The barriers that stop people talking about money, the stigmas and judgements, are things that Charlotte is helping to get rid of. Encouraging young people to be open about money helps them to be more confident about making financial decisions and explore their options.
