He has worked in social housing his entire career. Colin lives in Ayrshire. He has four children and two grandchildren Hawthorn Housing Co-operative is a fully mutual co-operative in Possilpark, Glasgow with 316 houses and 48 under construction.

Originally from Newcastle on Tyne, Nick Ronan has worked in social housing for 32 years, initially in London and in Glasgow since 1994. He has delivered several social and affordable housing developments across Glasgow, particularly in the West End. These have included new build projects, conversions and rehabilitated tenements to provide social rented flats and houses, supported accommodation, mid- market rent and shared equity. Nick’s interest lies in overcoming the practical challenges involved in providing affordable and sustainable homes that people want to live in.
