Experiential Mental Health Recovery

After experiencing trauma, the nervous system can struggle to regulate. For some individuals with developmental trauma, their experiences mean that they never learned how to self-soothe. Learning to regulate is a vital element of recovery in order to really feel safe in your own body. In this talk, Jane Bracey dips into a just a few of the experiences she has found have helped her to develop a greater sense of safety in her body.
