Live Life with Rigour and Whimsy

BY COSTA GAVARIS
@ VOL 14 ON DEC 06, 2018

Ever wondered how to live life with rigour and whimsy? Ask Costa Gavaris and the answer is pretty simple (OK, maybe not quite): quit your job, get a new job, move from the big city to the middle of nowhere (well, wine country), plant a vineyard, care for that vineyard, have a baby, care for that baby, incorporate a wine business and roll up your sleeves for your first harvest as a winemaker.

Costa is the founder and co-owner of Rigour & Whimsy Wines (www.rigourandwhimsy.ca). He is currently rehabilitating from self-inflicted, wholesale life change. He loves family, wine, ski-touring, and surfing, and hates marmots!
