Mariah Gladstone is the creator if Indigikitchen , an online cooking show where she specializes in creating meals based on foods that would have been found in the diet of her Indiginous ancestors. Mariah spotlights the issue of nutrition in indiginous communities around the nation and shows us how she is helping to get people back to eating healthier through recipes based on her cultural heritage.

Tom's experience in business and entreprenuership has helped him to navigate the tricky business of competing against the big guys and finding a niche in the competitive hops industry.
