Ben Porter and Michael Hayes of Plastic Fortune discuss the issue of how to make a more creative city. With a focus on community and social films they describe how they formed a network of creatives including artists, designers, filmmakers, musicians, photographers, performing artists and writers, and believe that by bringing everybody together and sharing contacts, resources and experiences we can increase the artistic output of the city.
