Glen Koorey has been a Principal with local transport consulting firm ViaStrada since 2016. Prior to that, he spent 12 years teaching and researching transportation at Canterbury University. He specializes in road safety and sustainable transport, particularly in the areas of speed management and providing for cycling, but has also been investigating the role of future transport technologies. In this Pecha Kucha, Glen introduces the concept of "Mobility as a Service (MaaS), because he believes that the immediate future of transport is more about connecting many travel options (and payment) seamlessly, not self-driving cars.
