台北人,曾是廣告公司創意總監、媒體主編、職業攝影師,2008年知曉大氣層破洞及地球暖化已不可逆轉,決心離開職場及主流社會,搬到花蓮,學習有機農業、樸門永續設計、自然建築、生態村創造,並以推廣生態家園運動為職志,至今於台灣、馬來西亞等地演講達80場,並舉辦以自給自足生活、永續設計、生態村、戶外廚房為主題的研討會及營隊,亦長期經營臉書社群,粉絲超過萬人。

One day, artist Mark Langan received a large amount of corrugated cardboard boxes from his neighbors, and decided to do something amazing with them. His three-dimensional works are composed entirely of recycleable material, and have become popular among eco-friendly movers and shakers.

Taking something old and crumbling away, and refurbishing it and enhancing what is already there, is a step closer to eco-friendly living and homes. Reusing and recycling wood, and using natural materials, Maha and Maya were able to create and inspire more to do the same.

After decades of pollution and neglect, through the efforts of volunteers, the area is coming back to life.
