George has more than 30 years of architectural practice in the creative process of designing buildings, master planning large and small communities, and urban design worldwide. He has had his own architectural firm in Detroit for 16 years, been the Director of Design of Architecture for Yamasaki Architects, Michigan and Summerstone international in Beijing, China.
From China to Salt Lake City
Eyee Hsu is a media professional who has dedicated her work to creating mutual understanding between the US and China. Originally from San Diego, she recently moved to Utah after 15 years living and working in Beijing, where she was the Host and Producer of several flagship interview and talk show programs on CCTV (China Central Television), China’s largest television network. These programs focused on relevant issues resulting from China’s rapid transformation and growth, and its impact on the global community. Eyee was also a reporter for NBC during the Beijing 2008 Olympics, hosting features to bring insight on Chinese culture to the American audience.
In addition to her media experience, Eyee has expertise in a variety of
healthcare-related fields, and enjoys dabbling in entrepreneurial pursuits. She
has a strong personal passion for the environment and issues related to
healthcare and children, and serves on the advisory board for two global climate change organizations. She is thrilled to have relocated to Utah with her family, and is looking forward to exploring all this region has to offer!
Fifty and Ten

In 2019, Miriam Daniel will be 50 years olf, and her son will be 10 years old. In June 2019, they will fly to Euroope with the intention of hiking the 500 miles of the Camino de Santiago. As they prepare for this adventure, they want to inspire other parent/child adventures and invite the larger community to share in our experiences and undertake their own adventures.
