This Pecha Kucha Night (PKN) is themed “The New Normal: Urban Infill & Micro-living” where creatives and makers will discuss the challenges and benefits associated with urban projects and housing.
This PKN is hosted by Foundation for Form, an award-winning San Diego-based architecture and development collaborative. Come see for yourself how their newest project, Etoil, challenges conventional notions of what housing can be and join your peers in a dialogue about innovative ideas that will help with this critical regional issue.
Pecha Kucha Night, now in over 1,000 cities, was devised in Tokyo in February 2003 as an event for young designers to meet, network and show their work in public. Brought to San Diego by The San Diego Architectural Foundation in 2009, PKN Nights are informal and fun gatherings where creative people get together to share their ideas, works, thoughts, and just about anything, really – in the Pecha Kucha 20x20 format.
