Report about PK vol.1


So, first PK evening in Omsk is over. We were very happy to see so many people in tre beer-bar Gambrinus. It has shown us how Omsk love this type of events, and we couldn't predict. We thought that it would be not more than 50 persons, but in fact there appeared more than 100.We already have got many proposals and advices about place for the next PK, and we are sure, that all wishing visitor will be able to find sitting place next time.Of course we must say big thanks to the Gambrinus for granting place to us, to our friend Kostya Maltsev for equipment, and to our speakers. They have done hard and complex work for this evening, and the event couldn't have been so interesting and bright without their skills. During this evening, Irina Maligina,one from our team, presented "What is PechaKucha, and how to treat it", Anatolyi Fedorenko spoke anout "How he learned to make a hookah", Darya Timokhina discussed "Why Russia needs laws", Juliya Skok showed "How a tie helps at war", Dmitrii Paluga suggested "How to make a million dollars with an ohmmeter", and we want to highlight presentation of Sergey Myachin "Stop drink tea", the funniset presentation in our opinion.In conclusion we must say that it was very interesting to prepare PK, we have got a lot of fun and smiles, and it's all thanks to audience.Thank your and see next PK evening, may be it will take place in the end of this year.

    I am a postgraduate student of one university in Omsk, I do construction manipulators modeling and create control systems. During my free time I like to play psychological game called "the Mafia" which develops communication skills and understanding between people, also I like to participate in Encounter - city racing with quests and logical tasks. I used to be a part of a rather successful Russian cyber sport team, but it consumed all my time and affected my education so I decided to quit. Often I help my father to make billiard cues, also I play a little. I like to solve puzzles, cycling, science, communication and films.
