Opinions on lots of things are getting pretty polarised these days but there seems to be common agreement that life is ruddy difficult. If we struggle with this, the conclusion is that we're ill. I don't know if this is the right or wrong conclusion to make but I do think there's an interest debate to be had about whether there is an alternative conclusion that could lead us down a different path to wellness. Despite the topic, there will be a light-hearted approach that won't contain a trip through Suzee's mental health traumas.
