Nanda Oomen is Omgangskundige en Action Learning Coach. Ze heeft jarenlang gewerkt als Sociaal Pedagogisch Hulpverlener, docent, trainer en intervisiebegeleider en is gefascineerd door hoe mensen leren in groepen.

Met haar bedrijf het Groeistation zet ze graag teams in beweging, met de positieve - en leerpsychologie als drijfkracht. Als mensen op de juiste manier samenwerken, kunnen er prachtige dingen ontstaan. Ze houd ervan mensen samen te brengen, talenten bloot te leggen en bovenal sociale leerkracht te bevorderen.
