Jelle van Dun is al 11 jaar succesvol met zijn bedrijf Animate the World. Met zijn team maakt hij stop-motion animatie films. Dit doen ze zowel in de studio als op straat. Een tijdrovende klus die om veel geduld vraagt; hedendaags monnikenwerk.

Billy the Blob is het animatie maatje van Jelle. Billy maakt deel uit van zijn gezin en gaat zelfs mee op vakantie!

Becoming Lao┬┤s Clay Animator

Souliya Phoumivong's presentation is about becoming the first Lao artist to make a stop motion animation, "The first animation that I made was a figure of myself with a buffalo – one boy and one buffalo. No studio. I used the city as the studio and placed them around the city". He is the director of Clay House Studio, dedicated to developing clay animation in Laos.

Ruimtelijk ontwerper Adri Kamp maakte in 2014 een opvallende carrière switch; hij werd molenaar.

Samen met zijn vrouw Marijna leeft hij van de wind in Molen De Arend. Hier maalt hij graan tot meel voor bakkers in de regio. Hij volgde hiervoor een ambachtelijke opleiding volgens eeuwenoude traditie; van meester op leerling.
