Lilly Cooper speaks passionately about women and their body image: the constant pressures that women face to look pretty and have an ideal body shape. She encourages women to resist mass media pressures to conform. 

"What can all of us do to support each other journey on the road to self love? I feel progress is happening and can definitely continue to happen, we just got to stick together and keep shouting that we're beautiful. Is there hope? I think there is! "
