After a personally tough year, Danelle Cloutier decided to realize a recurring dream she's been having of being in a country where everything is completely foreign to her. Danelle's trip to Asia was an experience that was as enlightening as it was cathartic as it helped her realize what it means to be living with anxiety on a daily basis. Here in this 20x20 talk, she briefly shares her experience travelling in Asia and explains how she deals with the struggles of her life-long anxiety.
