Urban Couture, Powered by PechaKucha
When Fashion + Beauty + Art + Design + Architecture collide 20 images x 20 seconds per slide. PechaKucha Night, now in over 900 cities, was devised in Tokyo in February 2003 as an event for young designers to meet, network and show their work in public. This is an informative event that is set to bring together a panel of creatives who will educate the audience about their practice. During the evening, the exuberant 2019 Ambassadors Jenny Kee and Linda Jackson will talk on their life within the Australian fashion industry.
"Powered by PechaKucha" events are one-off events that are separate from regular city-based PechaKucha Nights, and that are usually held as part of festivals and conferences, but can also act as standalone events. These events include presentations that use the PechaKucha 20 images x 20 seconds format."
